The reception staff ( Eveline ) spotted me walking with a stick, and upgraded me to a double disabled room, close to the lift, with no steps. Room Service from the restaurant was courteous and friendly .
The same receptionist recommended the discounted offer for Breakfast and Dinner, which gave a good saving . The restaurant staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful- the standard of food, even on the Budget meal deal, was exceptional.

We had a room at the height of a Hilton. Sight, just one of two rooms in front 15 meters away. The vents of the hotel not far from our window were noisy day and night. No air conditioning but internally a large machine taking up much space in a room already very small and dark. breakfast room very noisy. eccentric hotel.

THEY HOTEL MADE AN INTERNAL MISTAKE AND BOOKED TWO ROOMS AND CHARGED THESE. THIS WAS NOT CORRECT AND ALSO STATED IN THE ORIGINIAL BOOKING, NEVERTHELESS THEY CHARGED THIS ANYWAY.

Reception was chaotic.language problems with booking-in staff. Very difficult making an initial reservation and getting a fair price offer! Had to use outside agency eventually.
