We have stayed at The Kensingston Hilton on numerous occasions and always enjoy our stay.
We always love this hotel but this time when we stayed we did find the mattress on the bed uncomfortable and the bed was also quite high. The temperature control was not very easy to use..

The staf were very helpful and extremely pleasant, this included the front of house as well as the behind the scenes staff ( the cleaners etc. ). The location was very good, close to Westfield shopping centre and very close to a tube station.
I have to say that the bed was uncomfortable, on the small side, and the room was cramped, with too much furniture for a small room. However we were there for only two nights so we coped.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hilton London Kensington is ideal for shopping at the Westfield shopping centre and underground station. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there.

Good breakfast, car parking behind the hotel, fairly easy access to central Stockholm, as we have lived with you, I think four times is probably the most good.
