Still had the smell of smoke! The mattress was hard as a board! The staff with the exception of the gal at the front desk were excellent. The gal had an attitude and she had difficulty with English

The room was comfortable if small. The staff was very welcoming, and courteous.

I put my emptied suitcases on top of the wardrobe during my stay, as there was so little spare room. It had obviously NOT been dusted for quite a while.

Friendly personal, good breakfast, centrally located

Friendly doormen. Extremely quiet hotel. Rooms quickly serviced.

Very low room lighting. Particularly the position and power of bedside lighting. As result very difficult and uncomfotable to read in bed. Rather abrupt and impatient reception staff. Need training in handling overseas visitors who have arrived overnight from U.S. Give them some coffee while they are hanging around for theirv room perhaps ? Be nice ! Concierge service not competitive. Several different faces during our stay. Not very interested in us ! The underground restaurant detracts. I like a busy restaurant with a street view. Cost of breakfast is excessive. They should REDUCE this especially for their very overpriced continental breakfast. Why screw their guests who might want to have kunch or dinner later ?
