Staff was wonderful!!!

This hotel is great. Stay here every year to do London marathon. Clean, comfortable, quiet, helpful friendly staff and fantastic buffet breakfast. They even let us return after the marathon to shower. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very close to tourist attractions.

Personal very cold for a 4 star there is not even a slipper at our disposal, I found hair on the bed sheet, a lot of noise in the morning at 8am, household and work.

Clean. comfortable room

Rudeness of one of the women in reception. Whilst waiting to pay my bill at the counter, the receptionist, who was discussing something with the group standing in front of me, said "Are you with these girls? If not get away from here, we are discussing a private matter!" in the tone of voice one would use to a potential delinquent. I was a regular visitor to the former Bonnington Hotel for several years. My sister even had her wedding breakfast there in 1959, and I have been visiting it several timesduring the last eight years whilst attending te council meetings of the British Herpetological Society. Always during those years rhe reception was charming.

Some dirty spots on the bed and the bath. I had two small tubes on the rim douchgel scrub and leave. These were once the cleaning service had disappeared.

Friendly staff attention

On arrival we were given a free haitacion sef (Booking contracting with it included) after stress, showing papeples Reserve, gave us the room was adequate.

Staff were more than happy to deal with any requests, including the bar staff in the evening and the reception staff on check out who provided a map and help with directions.

THAT IT WAS CLOSE TO THE ATTRACTIONS, THE BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS NICE AND PLENTIFUL AND WE WERE MADE TO FEEL WELCOME
