Young man in bar was extremely pleasant,reception somewhat icy! Had Victoria tube been operating location for Chelsea College of Art ,visiting which was the reason for our booking ,was great. Glad we werent paying full tarrif ! Bedroom spotless.Bar area disapointing.A shame there was no direct taxi line , staff had to leave hotel to find one at the station and failed to hail one on 3 occasions thus facilitating the need to search and queue ourselves at victoria.! Not good with arthritic joints1

Compared with other hotels in Europe is the hotel very expensive and very old fashion.

Good value for money, all the basics you require of a hotel stay in terms of cleanliness, courtesy, etc are there, definitely good location being just one small street across from the Victoria Station, walking distance to the shopping belt, eateries and tourist attractions like Buckingham Palace, River Thames, Westminster Abbey...

Very elegant and clean hotel. Internet booking is the future, still this caused a delay for our group upon arrival. Otherwise smooth service and helpful staff. Recommended.

We found Hesperia, Victoria very good, we had four nights, two on one occasions and two more separate nights. We appreciated that the hotel held bags whilst we were out of London, however a little disappointed about the price of the last night (not internet booked) as opposed to those booked over the internet.
