Have stayed several times, nice hotel with car park

The bar closing at 11pm even they closed the coffee machine at 10.55

Generally a comfortable hotel at a reasonable price

The room was rather small

Walk in kensington park which is opposite the hotel 5minute walk alsovisited kensington palace for coffee in the orangery .also walked to albert hall also albert memorial .visited portobello road market on saturday notting hill was fab we went to piccadilly circus plus covent garden went to see show jersey boys at the piccadilly theatre , staff very friendly and efficeint conceirge at the hotel was so helpful gave u tips to where to go ie buses also tourist places plus underground notting hill gate 10 mins from hotel .queensway underground station 10mins from hotel convenien for west end oxford street . situated well

Cafe is expensive do a service charge added to your bill do not tell u . food is excellent quick , hot and efficient staff are polite

Front staff is very friendly.

The only problem we encounter was the housekeeping, they do not read and speak English.

We were very dissappointed with front of house staff, not overly helpful.And as for the consierge giving us inadequate information regarding bus,s we just about made our flight , not before havein to spend £65.00 on taxi,s trying to get to the correct station for a connection.
