I have stayed at this hotel a number of times both for business and pleasure. Every time I've found the staff courteous and helpful. Although not tested elsewhere this was particularly the case with regard to restaurant and bar staff. The location is ideal, 10mins walk from Paddington and 5mins from Lancater Gate tube station as well as being only a stones throw from Hyde Park. Rooms are compact but layout is very well designed.

I was very impressed with the lighting. There are actually good lights above mirrors so you don't have to put your make up on in the bathroom!
