I like the staff. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help. They are very courteous. I ike the location. It is fantastic. I have always stayed at the Citadines at Holborn. However, having stayed at the Trafalgar square for 4 weeks, I prefer the Trafalgar square and Citadines is always my first choice of apartment hotel.
Two things I would like to see:
1) change the carpet along the corridor. It is due for change.
2) incorporate sky sports
