Only one problem - your bacon at breakfast was very hard and awful. get your chef to cook it properly

Central location, easy to get to the tubes

Checked in and there were no towels but the cleaning person in the hall took care of us right away. And pretty small rooms for 3 people, otherwise just fine.

The only positive thing (and reason i chosed it) is the location, nothing more

No room service available , reception during my 2 days stay there failed to do the wake up calls (first morning they called me 25 minutes later, while the second day and after my notice they did not call at all. I requested to leave my one luggage for 2 hours at the reception desk,cause my flight was at 17:00, therefore i requested to leave at 13: and they told me that they do not provide such service and i sould go to the railway where i could rent a locker for 2 hours After speaking with the hotel manager he accepted with an extra charge of 25GBP (on a daily fare of 60GBP). My trip was for busiiness and unfortunetelly reception did not informed me about 4 calls that my colleagues did to this hotel and they never passed me their messages, this hotel is not standing for one star, not for 3 they are claiming to be, very very bad choise if you are a businessman

The location near 2 subway stations (including 1 on the circle line) and Hyde Park is very interesting to visit London easily. The room (120) is sufficiently spacious for 2 people and well maintained. The hospitality tray renevoulé every day is nice.

The staff made an effort to understand my English "hesitant" but a pity he is not bilingual!. This room overlooks the main street that is noisy, especially early in the night.

Liked the air conditioned room and the fact that we were given the same room when we checked in for the second stay after a trip to Wales. Loved the female bartender. Very nice and pleasant young lady.

Did not like the fact that the front desk staff kept changing. There was never a chance to get to know anyone in the nine days we were there. They were willing to answer questions but not friendly.

Located near Queensway Underground and almost opposite Kensington Park in a quiet street. In the immediate vicinity of restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel has a beautiful entrance and is also simple but neat. The staff were very friendly. I had my luggage immediately upon arrival in the room lost, although the Board had yet to be cleaned.

The (single) room was small and some noisy, but neat and clean.
