Rooms far too small, bathroom too small, no drawers, wardrobe too small. Coffee and milk not replenished on second day.

The family room (for three person) is equivalent to double room. Not bad location, but no fridge.

The bellboy brought us vicious taxi driver when I returned to Paddington station, even if I gave the bellboy three pounds as a tip. I won't stay there anymore.

I enjoyed my stay at the Caesar. I found the hotel comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The location was good - on a very quiet street but not far from the centre of London and only a few minutes walk from the tube. The breakfast buffet was good, with a wide variety to choose from and plenty of fruit. I ate in the restaurant one evening and found the food pretty good, except for the desert (apple crumble - not great). Overall, I found the hotel to be ideal for my stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The staff, the breakfast, the quiet location.
The bedroom decor was a little bit stark, but very clean, comfortable and functional.
