Main reason for choosing Best Western Swiss Cottage Hotel: Reputation

Quiet surroundings and yet near the cave and also a free parking space and that in a big city like London.
Every night a few times a huge noise from the heating or water system. Takes only 1 minute but you are awake.

It met our expectations.
The bed was definitely with about 1.40 inches too small for two people. For a superior room is not the appropriate size.

A comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Delightful public rooms. Annoying plumbing. It was hard to get water temperature so that I could have a shower.

Have stayed here several times and such a good location for tube and straight into Oxford Street. The room we had was brilliant this time very disappointed last time as so small but I see they were refurbishing the rooms downstairs so hopefully that room was amongst them. We had a great time and will certainly stay there again.

Tube station so close.
Very small car park so had to park across the road which cost alot!
