The hotel is ideally situated for us. The rooms are comfortable with excellent beds. The staff are , in the main, very helpful and friendly and make every effort to give you a pleasant experience. The service is, again in the main, efficient and prompt. Our room was attractive even though the window was minute with a horrid view - we weren't there to gaze out of the window! Although many of the staff would probably not speak English as a first language their communication skills are extremely good. We had a minor problem in our bathroom which was fixed within an hour of our mentioning it.
We found the menu, excluding breakfast, very restrictive. It is quite limited in range and style of food. Oddly, the room service menu gives a very much wider choice. Even at lunchtime there is only the same menu.

The room was like a studio apartment without kitchen facilities. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean. The location was perfect as we wanted to be next to Tower Bridge. Would definately use this hotel again.

Really liked the hotel, fantastic location, nice friendly staff, bed really comfy. Had a lovely time while in London for the Marathon.

The location of the hotel and the staff who were really friendly and helpful.
The only niggle was we couldn't plug in a phone charger or hair straighteners into the desk as there was no room for the 2 inches or so of unbendable cord in the recess socket position. This was a problem as there were no other easily accessible sockets in the room.

This is a nice hotel... Most of the staff are friendly and very very helpful. Oh and the toiletries... beautiful... almost a free spa in the bathrooms. I was VERY impressed with the soundproofing... I stay in a lot of hotels! This is excellent if you need to work and concentrate.

I liked the hotel, the reception staff and concierges and room service staff .. and evening bar staff were wonderful... SUCH a shame about the breakfast waiter and the terrible meals.
The menu is awful! I ordered room service and flushed the first meal away-crab linguine..it was a stodgy pile of pasta,little crabmeat and a lot of very runny watery thin sauce.Later I went to the restaurant-bad choice again.I was under the impression that 2 courses were a set price and then found they were not. Asking for a quick coffee whilst attending a conference there was a nightmare. The man at the breakfast bar was incredibly rude... Almost shocking me to tears with his attitude.

Clean and modern hotel. Decor was very modern. Very good value for money for the price we paid. Free rubber duck!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous, very comfortable and modern. The rooms are big enough to accomodate two people
Food and drink in the hotel was very expensive but similar to other hotels in the area. There are plenty of other options outside the hotel. Who stays in there hotel for their whole visit anyway?!?!?!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We chose it because our friends who flew in from Australia were staying in it as well. The only thing was that on our first night's stay the concierge had difficulty finding the address for the London Hilton on Park Lane, where we had dinner reservations. The cab he called for us also took a long time to arrive, and in the end we hailed a passing cab. Also, the receptionists at the front desk didn't look up to greet us whenever we went into the hotel. However, the staff have been friendly and efficient overall and our experience was positive.

The rubber duck. Free DVD rental (hope the collection can be expanded). The photograph book and photos on the wall. The general decor of the room, including the bedsheet. Easy access to power outlets on the desk. Overall cleanliness of the room. Convenient yet quiet location near tube.
We noticed the glasses were not changed to fresh ones. Air-conditioning was not strong enough (it was 30C outside on the weekend we checked in). The flush mechanism for the toilet was very hard to press. Would suggest getting thin plasma TVs for the room as many other hotels have these now.
