Excellent location, regional building, selling food prepared just below, friendly staff, clean, very comfortable 410 junior suite overlooking the National Gallery, classic and stunning staircases, with a touch of chill-out night with music and candles along the floor of the hall, rooms with modern decor. Close to everything, street, shopping, theaters, for a drink, Pier, London Eye, Leicester Square, China Town, Soho, Piccadilly, good discovery!.

Staff did their utmost to be helpful in a bad situation.
Initial room offered was tiny when larger rooms in same price category were available.Made the mistake of having dinner at the hotel where the food was very poor.Made the mistake of having breakfast at the hotel-coffee was the worst I have ever tasted,toast was flabby ,orange juice was not fresh. Noise of room above being cleaned boomed through the ceiling and was truly unbearable.

An enjoyable stay in an easily accessible hotel within walking distance of many central London venues. Courteous, friendly staff added to the experience.

The convenience, the ambience and the staff
The only drawback was the appointment of the twin bedroom which entailed moving one of the single beds every time my friend or I wanted to access the wardrobe!
