Location and good working people.
Problem with heating and internet, as I declare, was not proved.So, it was cold in the room, and for business I had to go in lobby to finish it. No one, even, come to see what can be done with my problem.

There are also new rooms, which are very nice, clean but very small, I have my suitcase on the bed open ?!?!?
Yes, unfriendly, unqualified personnel at the reception, you have to pay extra Wirelss that in such a hotel should be heutzutatge state of the art in this global network! So I can only advise against this hotel!

The luxury feeling of everything. Breakfast was great too. It was rather cheap for 5 star hotel too.

-Newly refurbished rooms
-Friendly English speaking staff
-Great castle view
-Centrally located
-Free bottled water in room every day
-Excellent amenities in bathroom (L'Occitane)
-Have to pay 15euro/day for WiFi

-Rooms quite small for 5* hotel

Overall it is more like 4-5 star hotel but not 5 star.
Room is OK. Breakfast - excellent, quality and service, don
Point to mention: a kettle to boil water for coffee/tea in the room ( a must in any 5 star hotel). Don't charge extra money for specials like esspresso q capucino during breakfast. Aircondition is too noisy.
