Excellent service - dinning room at breakfast was amazing good.
The hotel charge is high even compered to 4 star in mid old city. i choose this hotel - they have swimming pool,i have to do so for my health (diabetic i was surprised by the fact that the 9 floor with the pool and other facilities is close for renovation. the hotel and you on the reservation process should say so. by the way on the time the pool is close the hotel downgrade to 3 stare's. i expected after talking to the general manager that there will be a discount in price -but it didn't happen.

The bed is not comfort at all and I can feel the spring underneath. No heater for a coffee and no iron provided.

The feeling at home. Can make a coofe for myself and can prepare my suit for a meeting.
The bed is bad.

With its best location in Ljubljana, Grand Hotel Executive met our expectations with its friendly staff, perfect breakfast buffet and comfortable atmosphere. I recomend this hotel to anyone who would like to get the gist of the city.

Good location in heart of town in a quiet area. One of the fabulous hotels in the "grand style." Renovations going on now hopefully will restore it to its original grandeur. I hope they restore the bar to the Cellar. It's cozier.

I thought the decor of the room was a little gloomy. Not a 4 star room I thought. The lobby is nice, but a little musty. The TV was very prominent in the middle of the room and it seemed to be strongly suggesting the porn films! The breakfast was excellent and the staff charming.
