The decor. The food. Very buzzy busy hotel
Exterior of the hotel covered in scaffolding. No identifying sign visible from the road. Fire alarms all went off at eight o'clock on Sunday morning!

Very romantic lighting, comfy bed and amazing bathrooms. Restaurant was very nice, service good and scouse main course fantastic
Outside of hotel was being refurbed, but we were made aware of this so no complaints. Shame we had to pay £15 for car park

We were upgraded because original room wasn't that clean, plus some free drinks. Receptionist was very sorry and sorted it immediately

Staff were great, allowed early check in, very attentive.
Shame about the scaffolding but once inside this had little impact on the rest of the stay

The decor! Very modern, comfortable and interesing (Beatles theme). lovely breakfast with fresh juice and fruit, toiletries in bathrooms and the fabulous bath and shower.
We were there for my son's graduation but would have loved to stay longer.It felt like a real holiday.If we are back in Liverpool we shall stay with you again.
Building work didn't disturb us but we would have liked to see the hotel without the scaffolding.
An outdoor terrace at the front would be nice!!

Convenient
Bar prices excessive. Very dark interior throughout. Service in brasserie poor - had to wait 1 hour for coffee after asking 3 times! Front reception staff uninterested/unfriendly when checking out.
