Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Very central position. Largely extremely helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Swimming, jacuzzi and steam room facilities very good and most enjoyable. Very enjoyable breakfast experience, excellent choice of food, all very well, efficiently and courteously provided.
Some days the room was not cleaned until late afternoon. The coffee at breakfast a disappointment and not such good quality as the rest of the meal! We had hoped to eat some meals in the restaurant in the evening but on two occassions we could not because of booked parties. Eating in the bar area was a very poor substitute! For a four star hotel we were suprised that there was no comfortable residents lounge.
