The hotel was very modern, clean, staff was very friendly.
We stayed over on Sat Aug 27th, there was a wedding party that due to their roudiness we did not get any sleep that night, it did not quiet down until well after 3 am. When we mentioned this to the front desk staff they apologized however we paid quite a bit for the stay and did not rest. I was disappointed that this was not recognized by a slight discount or anything other than an apology.

THE COMFORT, AND FRIENDLYNESS OF THE STAFF WAS ERXCELLENT. GREAT LOCATION AND NICE VIEWS OF ALBERT DOCKS.

Our hotel room was fantastic, as was the executive lounge.
Unfortunately one or two of the front desk staff were very rude and abrubt upon check-in and check-out which kind of spoils the overall experience.

Very comfortable bed. Convenient handling system on-line (via TV).
No free WiFi internet connection in the hotel (it is now almost a standard in good quality hotels).

Location is beautiful
-Very loud party on Friday last, so do not stay in the bar was possible, fiddling with a clear accounts and account policy, poor explanation by staff
