Your front of house staff were exceptional.
I had several queries that were attended to promtly and efficiently with lots of smiles and even a free bottle of water.
The bed was ok if you slept in the middle. the sides were too soft to sit on when putting on shoes or taking a call.

Nothing.
That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.
