Central location which is great, room very clean and comfortable
When we missed breakfast the following morning we just wanted to get coffee and toast in the bar. We were told that coffee wasnt a prob but we couldnt have toast. Now I know it wasnt breakfast time but how hard is it to make a piece of toast. There was only 3 other people in the bar at that time also.

This hotel is located in the heart of Limerick, adjacent to all good restaurants and nite life. It is clean and modern, with a friendly buzz about the place. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated in a modern style. The only negative I would have is that car parking is in a multi-storey car park further down the street, which can be a small inconvenience at check in/out. (But don't let that put you off). The special offer on the room and on the food in the restaurant made the hotel very competitive. I would definitely use this hotel again.

I liked the special room rate €45. I am a regular visitor to Limerick and this attracted me to your hotel. I also liked the €9.75 special in the resaurant. Including a free beer. Hard to say no, and changed our minds on dining out that night.
The car park is a hassle. It's a bit far from the hotel to be hauling luggage. When we arrived it was raining, and we had to make our way up a busy street with cloths on hangers. I didn't notice any set-down area outside the hotel. If there was one it wasn't very obvious.

The hotel is in a good position for both the waterfront and the city centre
The address said O'Connell Street BUT there is no entrance there!!!!The entrance is round the corner. The staff were quite miserable. There is no air conditioning.No car parking facilities at Hotel. The car park is one block down and is expensive.The food was ok .....have had better.

The hotel was superb, extremely comfortable, and staff very friendly and helpful in everything. Would definitely stay here again great value for money and so central to all amenties--no need for taxis--within walking distance from train/bus station or taxi only 5e.
