We really enjoyed our trip good value, lovely room, staff above average, anything we asked for appeared immediately with a smile keep it up.
At the moment no and I am not that easily pleased.

The attitude and attention of the staff plus the close proximity to Limerick shops.Our bed was very comfortable and huge.The room was very spacious but a few more coat hangers would have been useful if one is staying for longer than B/B.We would have scored straight 10s if not for the problems with the aircon
We had a problem with the aircon which had a mind of its own,it was cold when activated but then changed to 26 degrees so we got back to a sweatbox after our nights out,complained a few times but we were not believed until midnight the night before checkout,we were given a reduction on our 3 night bill.The rooms to the main road side are noisy esp if the aircon is not working and you have to open the window to cool the room down

EVERYTHING!! It was wonderful and both my friend and I now have an electric teapot like the ones used there!! Staff was wonderful and the location was perfect!!

The hotel was very nice, and the room very comfortable.
I did not like the way the reception staff dealt with the way the payment was to be made. There was a serious lack of communication from the staff to the customer
