Great staff and good location.

Fantastic location in the heart of Lille - very clean, smallish but well designed room

De ons inziens achteruitgang van het hotel, we zijn hier meerdere malen in deze periode van het jaar geweest de kamer was erg klein, de badkamer minimaal, kamer was niet echt schoon, het ontbijt was versoberd ten opzichte van voorgaande jaren de entourage rondom de feestdagen was verdwenen

Location was ideal

The water was cut off, and when it came back on the water was black, and remained pretty manky until the next day, no apology we were just told this was a general problem. The coffee machine was inoperable and had been since the previous occupant. We had to search for the second towelling robe which appeared to be missing. The complimentary mini bar was laughable. We did write to complain emphasising the fact that we had been unable to use our card to make the original booking because the number was not accepted, so the result of our complaint was incredibly 2000 bonus points for a card which we still don't know is functioning, and a careful explanation for the building works which necessitated the water problem....I would not recommend this establishment.
