De locatie en de afwezigheid van geluidhinder ondanks het lawaai op de Grand Place.
De kamer was klein in verhouding tot de prijs. De WiFi werkte niet op de kamer. De kastdeur, toch al krap naast het bed, ging heel moeilijk openen dicht.
