That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.

Very friendly reception staff.
The room was not cleaned properly. Under the desk were still crumbs and dust. At the breakfast buffet was the staff (only one person!) Overwhelmed. There were no tables cleared away in time, and refilling the buffet lasted pretty long (especially on Sundays).
