Staff very helpful and friendly ,easy access , good car parking and very good value for money .

Booking made earlier when Ramada and was not told it had changed names so took ages to find the hotel late at night.

Clean, comfortable en-suite rooms, excellent service and meals.

The staff and rooms where lovely. It is located within walking distance to all shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs..great value for money also. I will recommend this hotel to all friends and family, was lovely.

The room was really clean and had all the facilities we required, particularly liked the walkin shower, nice and hot and loads of room.

All the rooms have laminate flooring which unfortunately means you can hear most of the noise from the rooms to each side and above & below. We stayed on a saturday night and there were a large number of young people all staying there who were fairly intoxicated from early in the evening, this resulted in us being exposed to the noise of one of our room neighbours vomiting for over an hour as I was trying to get my kids to sleep. If the rooms were carpeted the noise would practically be eliminated, but I appreciate that given that the hotel is popluar with hen & stag parties that laminate flooring is the preferred option for cleaning.
