Very good location and rather fair price for the level of available quality
Non availability of the Sleeper in the room and not giving in spite of request from reception even though extra charge acceptance
While it seem to me for aGerman 4 star hotel availibility and/or free delivery on request is a must

while it seems to me that availability of sleeper is a must for a 4star hotel of Germany

Gute Lage, nettes Personal
Trotz hoher Außentemperaturen war die Klimaanlage nicht,bzw. so schwach eingestellt, daß im Zimmer eine unangenehme Wärme herrschte.
(Regler im Zimmer war auf volle Kühlleistung eingestellt)
