Spacious room, and bathroom. very courteous and attentive staff, effective in obtaining concert tickets.
Staff made poor restaurant recommendations. Staff could "not find" where art galleries were located, although they did concur with our interest in visiting the spinnerai buildings.

Good location, spacious room
Fulfilled the expectations
They had fire and/or technical alarm, asking to leave the hotel inmediately, but later forgot to inform that the alarm was over, thus keeping us waiting in front of the hotel.
