Rest in the room despite near the shipyard and the church.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good convienient location.
Hotel is under construction for renovation. No air condition in lobby and all public areas. Noise, dust, debris and workers all around. Air in rooms is barely adequate for high temps ourside. Would have stayed anywhere else if I had known.
