- My room was terribly cold (radiator turned off) even though I booked in advance and the hotel staff know I was coming - The toilet in my room was never washed in all the time I was there (3 nights)

The quirky rooms, some were honeymoon suites whereas others had a hunting theme, it gave us all a good laugh.

We had 2 rooms one room 19 was lovely, my room room 1 (deph) room was not! The decor was terrible, and it was not clean, the curtains were stained it was simple awful.

A characterful hotel in a great location - in the heart of Leiden and therefore convenient for University conference and sightseeing.

Pleasant room with charming view over canal. Surprising decoration with angels and cherubs. Noisy pipes? Couldn't make out where persistent humming sound was coming from. Staff almost nonexistent but unnecessary actually. Good atmosphere, nice dining room. Breakfast all right.
