The staff were friendly, efficient and well informed. The rooms were pleasant, the location quite close to the center. The breakfast was plentiful by Italian standards. My family enjoyed our short stay at the Pontevecchio Hotel.
No I have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

A service and comfort that you want to meet this level of hotel, service and comfort that you want to meet in a hotel of this category.
To date we have a problem. After we left, we realized an oversight of clothes. the same day in the late morning we phoned for prevention and research after they have been found. We were asked to confirm by fax our coordinates and no fee credit card mailing. To date, we have relaunched last Friday, July 2. Our clothes had not yet shipped. Would it be possible to intervene. Thanks.

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful, always smiling and ready to help with any enquiries. The restaurant service was second to none, the staff again very polite, friendly and professional, the food was very tasty indeed - dinner was fantastic, pasta dishes with fish are recommended, although the steak dish my boyfriend had was pretty good quality too; the breakfast was plentiful: it included a variety of breads, cold meats, salami, ham, scrambled eggs, hot bacon, croissants, pastry cakes, cheese and jams, plus of course a selection of coffees and teas...
Car parking is not necessary always available in the hotel car park as it is very small... but the nearby garage offered a reasonable deal for the hotel guests 24 hours for 15 EUR per (although it works out quite expensive if staying longer, we stayed only one night). I guess, for such a large hotel, this could be arranged a bit better...

Food was good.
Drinks at the bar were way to expencive. € 5,00 for a bottle of beer is rediculas.
The personal at the dinner was not dressed correctly (shirts halve out out their throusers). Missed eyecontact, and ment frendlynes, missed feeling thay they were there for me. althought they tryed. so, i think they missed the right additude to seve a bit.

Booking service efficient, fast and easy. Luxury hotel with friendly and helpful staff, accommodation and equipment of the room very well. Some problems of parking around the hotel with a nice overall good value for money. Recommended to couples wishing to relax in full comfort and privacy.
