Pleasant and helpful staff.
In dire need of updating. We had to change rooms due to grubby, mouldy, outdated decor. Bed was very uncomfortable and not enough on the bed. Noisy extractor fan in bathroom.

It was a convenient location for where we needed to be.
For a Ramada in the quality of this hotel was very very poor. The bathroom shower rail was dangling, carpets were worn with the rooms needing a general updating. Although the quality of the food was okay (but nothing to really rave about), if toast was desired with breakfast you needed to make it yourself - a very time-consuming event! And white toast was the only option - in other words no rolls, etc.

Not much
The room was freezing cold when we arrived. They argued over breakfast being included, even though it was clear on the print out. The receptionist (european) was surley and dismissive.

The room was shabby and dated, also not cleaned very well. Sheets were not changed all week (they had holes in them so I know it was the same ones for the 7 day period) There was no fridge in the room, no bottled water and the bathroom was short on supplies. My phone was disconnected and I had to give a £30 daily guarantee if I wanted to use it. The reception staff were totally uninterested and rarely greeted us when we entered the lobby area. For the price, it was a big let-down.

On the evening of the 3rd of may a member of your staff was engaged in a very loud verbal "Discussion" with another member of staff it was indeed a shouting match!! and very unpleasant to be witness to. On the same evening the occupants in room 610 were having an altercation resulting in swearing and shouting abuse such as, I have a Knife - get out of here. Members of the hotel staff had been alerted and indeed atteneded the incident!! again very unpleasant and hopefully the incident has been logged? Room 609, our room, was in need of air conditioning it was very hot and opening the windows only resulted in the noise of passing traffic. Im sorry to say our stay was to say at the least a very poor experience
