Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer mit 2 separaten Betten bekommen. Als Ersatz wurde uns ein Zimmer mit einem großen Bett und einem ausziebaren Sofa angeboten, das zudem noch ein Raucherzimmer war. Da angeblich sonst nichts frei war, haben wir dieses Angebot angenommen. Als Ersatz wurde uns eine kostenlose Übernachtung bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Aussicht gestellt. Bis jetzt ist aber noch kein Gutschein eingetroffen.

Good location, English speaking staff, breakfast is ok.

No dinner, no decent dinner room service. It is important to often work through the evening without having to go out and find somewhere to eat. Desk space in superior and other rooms is minimal

Emplacement, parking vaste et gratuit.

Rooms are advertised as having tea and coffee making facilities. we booked two rooms for six people, one room contained one kettle and two cups the second room nothing.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Nice hotel. We had a comfortable.

Breakfast was over priced. It took me 30 mins to check out - all I needed to do was pay for 3 breakfasts but no one knew how to work the computer. The receptionist then wanted me to wait another 10 minutes for his colleague to arrive. I left the cash and asked them to send the bill by email - which they did. Fortunately friends were able to take my daughters to Jardy to feed their ponies before their competition otherwise I might have been extremely unhappy. I don't get up at 6 on a Sunday morning just for the pleasure of it. I was particularly annoyed as I had offered to pay the evening before in order to avoid any problems...
