I liked the green site of the hotel.
I did not enjoy the basic comfort of the room and especially the inconveniences such as cigarette burns on the bedspread, water leak under the sink, bedside lamp with light bulb .... which would have justified a much more modest price for this room!

Near the airport. Very nice castle next to the hotel. Modern construction and good design of the cabinet.
Only problem was the TV `s not in working condition. Otherwise no complaints.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the pool was excellent for the children. The location was good if you want to be out of La Rochelle and is convenient for the beaches on Ile de Re but you do need a car. The resturant at the hotel was also very good.
This accommodation is quite expensive and beware of the hidden charges. As our 3 night stay in August was over 400 Euro and didn't include cleaning! The cleaning charge was an additional 45 Euro or you could buy an 8 Euro cleaning pack and do it yourself.

The hammam was a wonderful experience, the accomodation lovely open inside and out and very comfortable stay. The grounds and the feel of the hotel very relaxed and had all that we desired. The price was a promotion price half price very well worth in value.
The showers were a long way from the sauna. The lady receptionist didnt pass a message to the night staff that we wanted to stay another night if a cancellation arose, therefore I feel like we missed out because of that.

The environment of your hotel lack of heat, it would be more comfortable with color, flowers for example.
The room is very nice and the staff.
Breakfast should be rich auissi when guests come to breakfast a little later, around 9:45 for example
