Même si notre chambre était non-fumeur, il y avait une légère odeur encore présente à chaque fois que l'on entrait dans la chambre.

L'accueil est exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Mr MAURO le réceptionniste est trés profesionnel, au service des clients et il parle trés bien français. Le reste du personnel est également trés serviable. Les chambres son propres et l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les 5 terres (en face de la gare)On nous a aussi trés bien conseillé pour les restos juste à côté dans la vieille ville de La Spezia. A visiter aussi Porto Venere!!!! A refaire

Having stayed there before we knew what to expect, the hotel was even better with many small improvements, the best thing is when you get off the train walk a hundred metres and you there!! The roof top dining room and the Lady looking after our many needs were great.will definately stay there again if we pass by that area.
