Hotel Magic Ski

Staff were not very efficient or client service orientated. often reception was empty. for example when we arrived there was noone to check us in. when the receptionist arrived, i gave her our booking number, but she insisted she needed a print out, which i didn;t have. while checking us in, she answered the phone and served other people, making the process even longer.

My opinion or assessment is very positive, I liked everything, the room, location (right next to the "egg" that takes you to the slopes), and variety of the buffet. They also had a nice touch to let us shower at the end of the last day of skiing at noon.

Stay well, only that the heating in the room was quite high and it sounds like a joke lacking the brush of the toilet but otherwise perfect. Although somewhat expensive price.
