The small kitchenette and the exercise room were real bonuses for us.
Only that the name on the hotel has not yet been changed so a lot of locals didn't know what hotel we were asking about and we had a hard time finding it even though we went past it a couple of times. Also, the parking seemed a little more expensive than what the space availability would suggest.
