The concierge is very helpful indeed. We had done some research on some good goumet restaurants and he helped us to pick the right one and booked the restaurant for us. We need to get some water, drinks , fruits from nearby area and he pointed us to the right place nearby within a short walking distance. We were glad that we went because we bought some fresh fruits at really good prices. You can find real local coffee shops there for breakfast too.
As a 5 star hotel, they do not have hot water kettle nor coffee machine , complimentary tea/coffee in the room. The in-room bar is expensive and the breakfast of EUR18 (pre-booked) / EUR24 (walk-in) per person is rediculously expensive by local standard. This hotel locates out of the local city map. One has to grap a cab and go downtown for nice restaurants, sightseeing etc.

A very nice hotel. We were really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and we liked the comftable rooms. We tried the beach club. It was not worth the money compared to a normal trip to the beach, but the location was nice. The metro is 150 meters from the hotel and easy to use, so no problem getting down town. We new the hotel was far away from city center, and found that it was no problem since we were there for holiday and had all the time we needed.

Sightseeing We went to the beach
I would prefer if you had acces to the swimmingpool included in the rate for staying at the hotel. We would not give 12 EUR for a day at the fitness club, but we would have liked to take a swim. Considering it being a 5 star hotel, you should be able to use the pool. I would rater pay a little bit more and have acces to the pool area, so you could use it as we pleased.
