The sauna in the basement, had no natural light, giving the feeling of being overwhelmed, it was too small, especially the relaxation room room for two hammocks. Also gave off a musty smell that was not pleasant. The tunnels to the hotel (if walking) are poorly lit and at night it becomes difficult to pass them but a torch.

We loved the Mercure Koblenz. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were, without exception, friendly, helpful and professional. The price was very competitive and the hotel is well placed for the town centre shops and restaurants. We will stay here again.
