Convenience to the airport
I did not like the bed. It was not comfortable and I had back ache the next day.

The hotel was so convenient. I was surprised by how pretty and comfortable the lobby, restaurants and rooms were.
A little more signage directing guests from the airport/train station would be helpful.

By flying Swiss Air, the hotel is right out side the the luggage pick up, just push your cart into the lobby and the desk does all the rest. So easy. Then relax and watch the wine show. The rooms were beautiful and a very friendly staff. I will stay there again and again.
