Food in the brasserie is too expensive. £12 for a marguerita pizza with barely any topping. other items were overpriced too.

My long weekend was spoilt by the fact that some of the facilities were not useable due to refurbishment. We were offered a taxi to your sister hotel so that we could make use of the spa facilities, but on arrival there we were told there was no one to give massages or facials. If i had been informed of the lack of facilities, by email or telephone, i would not have travelled from Birmingham to your 'spa' hotel!! even the 'apology of a bottle of bubbly and chocolate strawberries didnt go too well as the chocolate strawberries were missing, it took a phone call to locate them!! All in all a very disappointing weekend that i will not be repeating!
