Main reason for choosing Killarney Plaza Hotel and Spa: Location
The friendly staff was the best thing about the facility. The room was nice, the location fine, but the staff took a regular overnight stay to the next level. You can easily see they all enjoyed working at Hotel and Spa and that translated into a great experience for the guests.
Pricing for the morning buffet was a bit high. About 5 euro high per person compared directly to similar if not better meals available right down the block.

We really enjoyed staying in the Plaza the room was perfect, the food was top class and the staff were very nice. We found it was excellent value and would definitely visit again.
Just one complaint it would be good if the lift went down to the car park as if you have alot of baggage it is not good to have to use the stairs
