Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Good and varied breakfast menu. The hotel has a very good location.
The control room should be insisted / rate (the room was not ready until 1530 been cleared in the afternoon, day 2). The beds available are poor quality (I've had three rooms under two visits to the hotel and all rooms have defects on beds). Is really in doubt whether I would recommend the hotel, the positive is its location, the breakfast and receptionists, but "room service" and quality of the rooms / room service draws very down. Then there are other options in the area I choose to say no.

The hotel is very central, and you do not need transport to move around. Walking distance to downtown. The staff (the lady at the front desk) was extremely friendly and accommodating.
