There was supposedly Air conditioning in the room, but did not cool very well. Couldn't open windows because of airplanes flying directly over hotel.

Not much. We got to the Hotel at 11pm and got a sub standard room. It was a handicap room,which we did not ask for.We were told the reason was because we got in so late.I would think that when the room is fully paid for two weeks prier to us arriving we should have got a better room. The staff was argumentive. We are not happy.

Location WAS GOOD
BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT EXPENSIVE
transportion to the airport was perfect
I did arrive on Friday the 19th as early as 11AM , the front dest person confirmed that there a room (ready) however he requested 49 Euro if I like to check in before one PM, it never happened to me before !!!no one requested that kind of payment in hotels like Shangrila,Melia,Aheraton,Hilton, Steigenberger at the Frankfurt airport and many others, this is not a positive marketing approach, unless you are sold out, but this was not the case. Think about it.

Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut. Leider war das Abebdessen nicht so gut. Aber das kann vorkommen!
Am 21.03. war unser Zimmer nicht wirklich geputzt (Staub auf dem Möbel, auf dem der Fernseher stand). Ausserdem roch es ziemlich stark nach Tabak.
