Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

The "unbearable smell of cigarettes that was impregnated in the room my friend was coughing all night and every time we returned to the room the smell was there, continuing damage.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel is located near a central metro station. The neighborhood is quiet and it has not so many people.

Too noisy.

I did not like anything- I will never come back to this hotel

1. When I arrived to my room, the toilet was dirty!!! 2. The safe I needed for my laptop was locked. Even a staff member could not open it for me. I needed this safe for my laptop, so I had to submit it in the morning in the reception. 3. There were not digital keys for the rooms, so a staff member needed to accompany me every time I wanted to go to my room. 4. The check in process was not smart- I told the receptionist my last name (as she requested it) and she didn't find my reservation. Then, instead of resolving my situation (I was in a hurry to check in, take a shower and leave for an event I was there for), she made me wait, while she accompanied guests THAT CAME AFTER ME to their rooms. 5. When she finally found my reservation (it was in her notes with my full name, but she was not intelligent enough to find it with my family name...), she accompanied me to the room, STOPPING THE ELIVATOR AGAIN to accompany a different client (who also came much after me). I stopped at the 2nd floor and waited, holding the elevator door with my suitcase, until this guest was in his room and ONLY THEN got to be accompanied to my room in the 6th floor. 6. The room had windows directly facing a construction site- which woke me up in the next morning, much before I needed to wake up, because of the noise. The hotel facilities are poorly maintained, not clean and the staff is not professional. It is much overpriced (not even located inside Paris) and a poor value for my money.

Proximity to the Metro station with links to Paris central

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and although small offering many services.

We could not appreciate the service mini bar, because it was nonexistent. sin.

The hotel Ligt close to the metro and close to the Porte of Versailles Exhibition Centre.

The breakfast buffet is by the price of 13 € in my opinion too expensive.
