Main reason for choosing Hotel Regina Palace Terme: Other
The location was great. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good.
The Hotel policy is to not use room towels at the pool. Towels are to be provided at the pool for use there. We followed that policy and were charged 3 euros for each towel we used, yet everyone else was using their room towels.
