The reception staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is very convenient and next to the tourist shopping area, casino and luxury product shops. The price is very attractive compared with other hotels at Interlaken. Free hotel shuttle service for arrival and departure of the hotel guests which is even more convenient.
The hotel buffet breakfast is expensive and cost 24 Swiss Francs per person when comparing with the double room rate below 150 Swiss Francs per night.

Excellent location, very good staff, quality breakfast, clean and comfort. The price of the room (I stayed in the 14th floor, with an excellent view) was quite high.

It was located in a nice place. For me, it was good that the breakfast is optional, because I don't like go to hotel restaurant for breakfast when I am on vacation.

It was easy to find and comfortable to stay
