The friendliness and the helpfulness of the members of the staff. The complimentary drink as a welcome, particularly appreciated that day because of the hit.
Even though the cleanliness of the room was at his best, finding a pubes hair on my bedspread was not a nice welcome. The shelve above the sink in the bathroom was not screwed properly. The "rudness" of the housekeeping knocking at the door well before the check out obviously impatient to do the room, even though I put the sign "not to disturb" on the door.
