We have stayed at so many holiday Inns and find them generally comfortable but fairly basic. This one however was more expensive ( I guess due to the location) and the bed and pillows were dreadfully uncomfortable. Internet was very expensive.

As an airport hotel, its very bad that guests have to pay for shuttle bus to airport!
