Room lovely and warm as was very cold when we stayed. due to our early flight the manager arranged a taxi for us. continental breakfast available if required.

Nothing
That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. To come unfriendly staff, location in a unsafe area with public transportation and no way to Miami. The only option was an expensive taxi or bus, which is however more than 2 hours on the road.
