I have stayed here many times over the past 5 years...I have been very lucky to have early checking as my flight usually arrives at 8 in the morning....it is lovely just to check in and go for a rest....wonderful

Insufficient places/tables for dinner. We were kept waiting for some time, but weren't warned of this when I phoned from the room to ask when dinner would be served until.

Front desk staff not familiar with car parking company procedures on delivering car at end of parking period. Only one bedside cabinet for a double bed.

The room, amenities and staff were great.
The only thing I was disappointed with was breakfast. Dinner was great, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired for £10.

Very pleasant staff. The only problem was the lift didn't work the day we departed so had to navigate the stairs from the 3rd floor. A kind guest helped with our heavy cases. Overall, room pleasant and facilities very good. Had a lovely meal in the evening in the dining room. Overall very pleased.

Proximity to airport with easy bus transfer, which start early enough for the early morning flights. Also the 'two eat for £30' dinner option.
Sheets were ok.....could do with a replacement.

Stort rom med gode senger. Vil bruke dette hotellet ved senere stopp på Gatwick.
Har ikke noe å utsette. Fikk ikke prøve frokosten pga tidlig flyavgang videre

This was a very convenient positioned hotel, near to the airport and the restaurant and service was excellent. Good value and we didn`t have to leave the hotel to find a restaurant.
The room was over heated and we could not open a window, not even an inch. The air-conditoning was not working - blew out hot air.
